Return and Refund Policy for Glazed Nuts

 At Glazed Nuts, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options.


1. Terms of Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns for perishable or food items that have been opened, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Defective Products: If the product is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

Returns for reasons other than the above will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the company’s discretion.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Please Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely. Glazed Nuts is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary, but refunds are typically completed within 7-10 days after the return is received and approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
