1. Products

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, availability, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or change product availability at any time.

Our products are food items and should be stored and consumed according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Glazed Nuts.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

3. Shipping

We currently ship orders within Canada and the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After an order has been roasted, packed, or handed to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and offers may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.

All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials, belongs to Glazed Nuts or is used with permission. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
